Yes. We use only full-grain genuine leather. It is durable, develops a rich patina over time, and ages beautifully

2. Why does the leather have marks or slight scratches?

Full-grain leather keeps its natural texture. Small marks are not defects — they are part of the authentic character of real leather.

3. Will the color change over time?

Yes. Especially cognac and natural tones darken and develop a unique patina. This makes every piece truly one of a kind.

4. Is this product handmade?

Yes. Every item is handcrafted in our workshop in Ukraine. We pay attention to every stitch and detail.

5. How long does it take to make an order?

Usually 2-4 business days for ready models. Custom orders may take a little longer.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide

8. How long does shipping take?

USA: 10–21 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days

9. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Every order comes with a tracking number.

10. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery at the customer's expense. The item must be unused and in original condition.

11. How do I care for my leather bag/wallet?

Keep it dry, avoid long exposure to water, and use leather conditioner occasionally to maintain softness.

12. What if the leather gets wet?

Let it dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use heat or hair dryers.
